How we manage Storytell user dataTroubleshooting
Toggle between your personal content and your company’s content
Defining the views:
- Personal profile - this view shows all the content you uploaded that's set to "Just me," “Only my org,” and "Anyone with a link" in your privacy settings
- Organization - this view showcases all the content that's set to "Only my org" and "Anyone with a link"
Why would you use this? So you can collaborate with your team on shared documents as opposed to having to reinvent the wheel.
How to navigate between these views:
- Find the button indicating the current view in the left navigation panel of the SmartChat™ window. The view highlighted in
whiteindicates which view is active. In this screenshot,Personal Knowledgeis the active view - If you're in the Personal view, click the button labeled
Company Knowledgeto switch to your company’s knowledge - To revert back to the Personal view, click the button labeled
Personal Knowledge
When in the Company Knowledge view, you may notice some changes on your screen. One of which is that “All My Knowledge” now says All [company name] Knowledge
You may also notice that you have more Tags and Groups. This is because being in the Company Knowledge view gives you access to all the content your co-workers have uploaded that are set to "Only my org" and "Anyone with a link". This means that you and your co-workers can chat with the same content!
