Use Storytell Smartchat™

How to Purchase a Storytell Subscription

1. Navigate to your SmartChat™ dashboard.
2. Locate the LLM options section beneath the chatbox, where you can select the desired LLM upgrade.

3. When you hover over your chosen LLM, a link will appear, directing you to our subscription page.

4. On the subscription page, explore the various plans available: Pro Plan, Team Plan, or Enterprise Plan. Each option includes a detailed description of its features and benefits.

1. For additional savings, you may opt for an annual subscription by toggling the respective button.

5. After selecting your preferred plan, click the Buy button to proceed.

6. You will be redirected to our secure Stripe payment gateway.

1. If you've received a promotional coupon code from Storytell, you can easily redeem it by clicking on Add Promotion Code and input your code to enjoy the benefits.

2. After adding in the promotion code, click on Apply

7. Fill in the necessary payment details and confirm your subscription by clicking Subscribe.
8. Upon completion, return to the SmartChat™ dashboard, where you will now have access to the LLM you've chosen.

How to redeem a promo code

There are three ways to get to the SmartChat™ subscription page:

Direct

1. On your browser, go to https://smartchat.storytell.ai/subscriptions

From the SmartChat™ platform

1. Log in to https://smartchat.storytell.ai/
2. Below the prompt input bar, hover over one of the LLM options and click on the Upgrade links to take you to the subscriptions page

From the SmartChat™ website

1. Go to https://smartchat-web.storytell.ai/
2. Click on Pricing

3. Click on Sign In to Buy to take you to the subscription page

1. If you've received a promotional coupon code from Storytell, you can easily redeem it by clicking on Add Promotion Code and input your code to enjoy the benefits.

2. After adding in the promotion code, click on Apply

3. confirm your subscription by clicking Subscribe.

How to Update your Storytell Subscription

Upgrade Plan

1. Go to smartchat.storytell.ai/subscriptions
2. Select your billing option for the plan you want to upgrade to
3. Click on Upgrade Plan

4. Click on Update Plan

5. Select the plan you want to upgrade to and the billing option then click on Continue

6. Review the updates to your plan then click on Confirm

Modify/Cancel Plan

1. Go to smartchat.storytell.ai/subscriptions
2. Locate your active plan
3. Click on Modify Plan

4. Click on Cancel Plan

5. Finally, click on Cancel Plan

Downgrade Plan

1. Go to smartchat.storytell.ai/subscriptions
2. Select the plan and the billing option for the plan you want to downgrade to
3. Click on Downgrade Plan

4. Click on Cancel Plan

5. Confirm your changes by clicking on Cancel Plan again
