How to view summary report of your uploaded content

  1. Go to the Content Manager section
  2. Look for the content you want to view
  3. And, click on the View button

Alternatively, you can also click show more under the content’s title in order to get a preview of the executive summary

How to delete uploaded content

Deleting a singe file

  1. Open the file by clicking on View button which should open the third panel
  2. Hit Delete

Bulk delete uploaded content

  1. Go the the Content Manager section
  2. Select the files you want to delete using the checkbox or Select All checkbox
  3. Click on Delete

View source content

  1. Click on View button of the file
  2. Click on the View Source Content button
  3. A new tab should open showing the original uploaded content

How to rename an uploaded content

  1. Click on View button of the file
  2. Click on the Rename button
  3. Type in the new file name
  4. Hit Confirm

Manage privacy in SmartChat™

We've set things up so that you can manage privacy at the content level in three ways:

  • Anyone with the link: anyone you share a link with can chat with your content.
  • Only my org: only people from your organization, who are logged into Stortytell using their work address, can chat with the content
  • Just me: Only you can chat with it

Keep in mind:  anyone with the link does not mean "public," discoverable, or indexable. For more on this, visit our privacy page: https://storytell.ai/privacy-page

What else does this mean?

  • If you add "Just me" content and "Only my org" content to a tag, your org will only be able to chat with the "Only my org" content. Only you will be able to chat with all the content.

Change permissions of multiple files at once

  1. Go to your content manager.
  2. Select the content you want to change permissions of by clicking on the checkbox beside the file.
  3. Select the new privacy level of your selected files
